Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.

Assist with patient assessments and care planning.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Active LPN license in Minnesota or compact state eligibility, if applicable.

Current BLS certification.

Previous nursing experience preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
