Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand each client's mental, emotional, and behavioral health, documenting findings from initial consultations through treatment completion.

Design and implement tailored intervention and recovery plans for diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing varying levels of mental health challenges.

Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide discussions and therapeutic exercises.

Regularly monitor client progress against treatment goals, adapting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Assist clients and their families in recognizing and managing potential behaviors that may hinder recovery, providing guidance and support as they navigate challenges.

Manage referrals effectively, ensuring clients are connected with appropriate resources and specialists as needed.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of psychotherapy advancements and integrate best practices into clinical work. Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients spanning various demographics and backgrounds. This role entails addressing complex issues related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise and guidance will empower clients to enhance their coping mechanisms and improve their overall mental wellness.Qualifications

A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a mental health counselor.

Familiarity with electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR, to document client interactions and treatments efficiently. Preferred Experience

Experience working with clients facing physical or emotional health conditions, as well as those struggling with addiction disorders.

Familiarity with the best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Strong understanding of psychotropic medications and their effects, as prescribed by medical professionals.

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills that promote effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

A sympathetic nature, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, to foster trust and rapport with clients. Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by a signing bonus upon joining.
