Assembly Technician - Paint

Location: ManitowocShift: 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday (occasional overtime)Starting Pay: $19.00/hour Join Our Team in the Paint Department!

As a Paint line & Assembly Technician, you’ll be a key part of our Paint Department, helping bring high-quality products to life through powder coating and finishing processes.

What You’ll Do: Hang hooks and parts on the paint line based on production priorities Apply powder coat paint manually to parts Perform color changeovers efficiently Tape and protect parts from scratches as they come off the line Inspect, pack, and assemble parts as needed Support final assembly by ensuring timely delivery of painted components Participate in continuous improvement efforts like Kaizen events Share ideas and help reduce downtime to improve productivity What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent preferred No experience required – we’ll train you!

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
