Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, providing them with a safe space to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.\n
Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs, whether through cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or mindfulness practices, to help clients overcome personal challenges.\n
Practice active listening and empathy to ensure that clients feel valued and understood, facilitating deeper insights into their behavioral patterns.\n
Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to design and implement holistic care plans that address both mental health and substance use issues.\n

Our client base consists primarily of individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, who may also be facing co-occurring mental health challenges. A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field is required.\n
Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.\n
At least two (2) years of professional counseling experience is required; five (5) years of experience is preferred.\n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nPreferred Experience\n\n
Previous experience working in a detox or specialized addiction treatment setting is highly desirable.\n
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.\n
A proven track record of successfully managing a caseload with diverse client needs.\nCompensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary, with an annual range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
