This position operates entirely through a telehealth platform, allowing counselors to conduct therapy sessions remotely from the comfort of their own homes. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.\n

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address clients’ diverse needs.\n

Facilitate group therapy, family sessions, and one-on-one meetings, customizing approaches to suit various demographics and situations.\n

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each client, engaging in regular team meetings to discuss treatment strategies.\n

Maintain meticulous client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software for efficient workflows.\n

Participate in ongoing training workshops to stay informed about the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many clients come from backgrounds that have faced significant barriers in accessing mental health services, and our counselors play a crucial role in navigating these challenges.Qualifications\n\n

A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.\n

Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.\n

A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.\n

Demonstrated ability to relate to a diverse client base, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n

Proficiency in using EMR software and technology to manage client records effectively.\nPreferred Experience\n\n

Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.\n

Experience working in telehealth settings is a plus, allowing for smoother transitions into our remote work environment.\n

Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice, ensuring a commitment to client confidentiality and welfare.\nCompensation and Benefits\n\n

Annual salary range from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and caseload.\n
