Identify, prospect, and build relationships with new client companies across a variety of industries

Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities

Cold call, email, and network your way into decision-maker conversations

Partner with our recruiting team to match client needs with top talent

Negotiate terms and close new business partnerships

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly new business development metrics
