Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team and help deliver high-quality, precision-machined products for our customers. In this role, you'll work with a variety of equipment, tooling, and NC programs to meet exact blueprint specifications, while playing an active role in our quality and continuous improvement culture.
What You'll Do
Machine parts to meet customer specifications using assigned equipment, tooling, and programs
Read and interpret blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, and apply expendable and permanent tooling and NC programs to meet all blueprint requirements
Accurately document work results on the Job Traveler and related paperwork
Report setup times, run times, and other production data through our E-2 reporting system
Track and report scrap (setup and run) and rework labor as required
Support Internal Auditors during Quality Management System (QMS) audits
Keep your work area clean and organized, including proper disposal of chips and excess material
Understand and apply company Quality Policies and Objectives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
Experience operating machining equipment (CNC and/or manual, depending on assigned area)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Basic computer skills for production reporting systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support audits and process improvements
