You will not be required to work evenings or weekends, making this position ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance.Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, you will engage in a variety of impactful tasks aimed at improving the mental wellness of our young adult clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:\n\n Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: Lead therapeutic group sessions that encourage clients to share experiences, build connections, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.\n Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions where you will empathetically explore clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while guiding the development of tailored coping strategies and action plans.\n Creating Treatment Plans: Collaboratively design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.\n Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate and track the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.\n Collaboration: Actively work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to provide holistic support for your clients.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n This role primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties.
