Your ability to connect with patients from various backgrounds and provide culturally competent care will be vital in fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship, crucial for their recovery journey.Qualifications\n\n A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.\n A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.\n At least three years of clinical experience with a strong emphasis on offering psychotherapy services.\n Proficiency in solution-focused therapy interventions and an understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience using telehealth technologies to conduct virtual therapy sessions.\n Previous involvement in team-based care models or integrated health settings.\n Expertise in specific therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse treatment.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The starting annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
