Our clinic emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and quality of care through evidence-based practices.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct detailed clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that utilize best practices and solution-focused interventions.\n Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to the unique requirements of each client.\n Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.\n Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, and other social workers, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.\n Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings designed to enhance care quality and foster ongoing learning and development.\n Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge and resources to manage their conditions effectively.\n Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with research and advancements in mental health treatment to improve client outcomes.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n As an LCSW at our clinic, you will work with a diverse population of patients grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD.
Your role will be crucial in providing them with the necessary support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to overcome challenges and enhance their overall well-being.Qualifications\n\n A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.\n A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas is mandatory.\n A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, specializing in psychotherapy.\n Strong proficiency in solution-based therapeutic interventions, with the ability to customize approaches based on client needs.\n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.\n A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment, with a commitment to contributing to shared goals.\nPreferred Experience\n While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR or DBT will be highly regarded.
