Despite the remote setting, we foster a collaborative and supportive team culture where open communication and continuous support are prioritized.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify client concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.\n Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client.\n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address specific mental health challenges.\n Provide crisis intervention support for clients in acute psychological distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques and immediate strategies.\n Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any clinical notes in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.\n Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.\n Educate clients and their families on mental health concerns, treatment modalities, and community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement.\n Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health practice and therapeutic techniques.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing different mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more.

Your ability to customize therapeutic approaches is essential in ensuring positive patient outcomes and resilience in the face of life's complexities.Qualifications\n\n Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.\n A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.\n Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make accurate diagnoses based on your assessments.\n At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical or counseling setting.\n Proven communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate trust and connection with clients.\n Capability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.\n A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and professional integrity in all interactions.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandated for less experienced candidates eager to gain valuable exposure.\n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools that facilitate virtual care is advantageous.\nCompensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
