Our work setting focuses on fostering a supportive team culture, where staff members collaborate actively, participate in regular training, and contribute ideas towards improving service delivery.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring you have a full grasp of their needs.\n Develop and implement customized service plans that outline goals, interventions, and methods for ongoing progress monitoring.\n Provide individualized counseling to individuals and families experiencing various life challenges, including providing crisis intervention when necessary.\n Actively collaborate with clients to create their service plans, connecting them with relevant community resources.\n Engage in safety planning and risk assessment, aiding clients during high-stress situations.\n Work closely with community agencies to coordinate services and advocate for the rights and needs of our clients.\n Participate in outreach activities to increase community awareness and promote the services offered by the Neuro Behavioral Center.\n Attend regular case conferences, team meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds who are facing significant adversity.

Your role will be crucial in empowering clients to navigate complex social systems while providing them with the necessary support and resources to improve their overall well-being.Qualifications\n\n Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.\n Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.\n Strong knowledge of social and economic justice issues, as well as familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.\n Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and engage with diverse populations.\n Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Previous experience in a social service agency or a setting that offers similar services is highly preferred.\n Understanding of local community resources and a network of services available to clients.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The starting salary for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
