You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing top-notch care in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources effectively.\n Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, using recognized evidence-based modalities.\n Utilize treatment strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate client healing and resilience.\n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of individuals and families, ensuring clear goals and interventions are defined.\n Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate seamless, integrated care for clients.\n Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients' therapeutic journeys.\n Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, including risk assessment and safety planning.\n Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with ethical and legal standards to support continuity of care.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will focus on a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues.
The supportive services you provide will help clients navigate life transitions, cope with stressors, and heal from adverse experiences, ultimately improving their quality of life.Qualifications\n\n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.\n Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).\n Strong working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches.\n Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.\nPreferred Experience\n While we welcome graduates with a strong academic foundation, candidates with two or more years of post-graduate experience in mental health or outpatient clinical settings are preferred.
Familiarity with relevant electronic health record systems and practice management software is a plus.Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with bonuses based on performance.
