You will be part of a collaborative team that values open communication and is dedicated to continuous improvement in patient care.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely, utilizing our advanced online platform to interact with clients effectively.\n Assess client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific strategies and goals.\n Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.\n Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records according to legal and ethical standards.\n Work in partnership with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and secondary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.\n Adhere to industry best practices, ethical guidelines, and state regulations while delivering mental health services.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve individuals who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
