Our outpatient office environment affords you the resources and support required to effectively meet your clients' needs while allowing for collaboration with other mental health professionals in a seamless digital framework.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, effectively diagnose challenges, and craft tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.\n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to facilitate progress during individual, couples, or family sessions.\n Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.\n Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results that adhere to state and federal regulations concerning client confidentiality and ethical practices.\n Engage in collaborative care with multi-disciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, aiming to deliver holistic care to clients.\n Educate clients and their support systems on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.\n Commit to continuous professional development through ongoing education and training in mental health practices, methodologies, and emerging research.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Your caseload will include a broad spectrum of patient populations, providing therapy to clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

You will focus on fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to participate actively in their healing processes and facilitates better mental health outcomes.Qualifications\n\n Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in Washington State, with designations of LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.\n Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field.\n Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions.\n A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.\n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.\n Astrong ability to work autonomously while still contributing effectively as part of a team.\n An unwavering commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest professional standards.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience in outpatient therapy settings, handling cases involving complex mental health issues is preferred.\n Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms to deliver therapy remotely is beneficial.\n Previous experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy.\nCompensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
