Your contribution is vital in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for clients seeking support.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' difficulties and formulate treatment plans.\n Develop and implement individualized therapy programs that directly address each client's unique circumstances, goals, and challenges.\n Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, providing both individual and group therapy focused on fostering recovery and resilience.\n Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure an integrative approach to client care.\n Provide education and support to clients' families, helping them understand the healing process and enhancing their role in recovery.\n Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Our practice focuses on a diverse clientele, including families and individuals grappling with relationship difficulties, communication breakdowns, and other mental health issues.
