The successful LPC will engage in telehealth sessions from a dedicated home office, utilizing our secure digital platform to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Use evidence-based group activities to promote emotional resilience and interpersonal skills.\n Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful behavioral change.\n Develop Treatment Plans: Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear, achievable goals through personalized treatment plans, documenting progress and adjustments as required.\n Monitor Client Progress: Use a variety of assessment tools and outcome measures to evaluate client progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.\n Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage regularly with team members including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists to coordinate care and address complex cases, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.
