You will also have access to comprehensive administrative support that allows you to focus on what you do best—helping clients achieve their mental health goals.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct individual therapy sessions using our secure online platform, establishing a safe and supportive environment for clients.\n Assess client needs through thorough evaluations and feedback, then develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each individual’s goals.\n Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.\n Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices within our electronic health record (EHR) system.\n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.\n Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of mental health counseling, ensuring client confidentiality and security.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n The clients you will work with come from varied backgrounds and experiences, often facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

As a mental health therapist, you will play a crucial role in guiding your clients toward emotional resilience and improved mental health, applying your expertise to foster positive change.Qualifications\n\n A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.\n Must hold an active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including licensure options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).\nPreferred Experience\n\n Prior experience delivering individual therapy, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and modalities.\n Proficiency in using digital tools and software for therapy, including telehealth platforms, enabling seamless client interactions.\n Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team, balancing independent work with collaboration.\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.\nCompensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
