Our work environment is designed to support a positive work-life balance, offering adaptable scheduling options to accommodate the diverse needs of our employees.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish personalized therapy plans for clients, ensuring strategies align with their unique circumstances and goals.\n Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at assisting individuals, couples, families, and groups in addressing a variety of mental health challenges.\n Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to cater to each client's needs.\n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, sharing insights and updates to enhance patient progress and outcomes.\n Ensure meticulous and timely documentation of clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, safeguarding client confidentiality.\n Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n The LPC will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on children, adolescents, and families from various socio-economic backgrounds.
