Looking to start your career in the medical device industry? We're seeking an Entry Level Quality Testing Technician to join our team in Harleysville, PA. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following procedures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

What You'll Do

Perform mechanical, functional, dimensional, and performance testing on medical devices and components.

Set up and operate testing equipment and fixtures.

Accurately document test results and maintain testing records.

Identify and report test failures or unusual results.

Support equipment calibration and routine maintenance activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement activities.What We're Looking For

Technical school certificate, vocational training, or related experience preferred; will train the right candidate.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attentional to detail.

Ability to follow written procedures and document results accurately.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, assembly, testing, or a technical environment is a plus.

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is beneficial but not required.Not the Right Fit
