Forklift Operator

Perfecto Staffing is seeking Warehouse Associates / Equipment Operators in the Haslet/Alliance area.

We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our partner’s location in the Haslet/Alliance area (76051). This is a hands-on role combining general material handling, inventory control, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform core warehouse duties: unloading, picking, packing, counting, and staging inventory.

• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, and conveyors).

• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to log, track, and process shipments.

• Maintain high standards for safety and quality control across the facility.

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.

• Hands-on experience operating forklifts (certification is a major plus!).

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS/ERP databases.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout an active warehouse environment during the shift.

• Shift: 2nd Shift, MON-FRI, 12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. $18/HR
