Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for estimating time and delivery for manufactured parts, reviewing completed jobs for profitability and time adjustments, and in-house sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Properly quote items that can be manufactured in our facility

Properly quote to meet company profit margins

Properly choose appropriate outside vendor to meet requirements

Work directly with customers to gather correct information as required

Review all completed jobs for accuracy and profitability

Properly use the E2 management system to record job information

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assume other responsibilities as required

PRIMARY PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS:

Meet the required delivery dates for all assigned jobs

Meet customer delivery requirements

Meet quality requirements of all assigned processes

Conduct all operations in a safe manner

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Ability to read & understand blueprints and technical documents

A genuine belief in continuous improvement and disciplined processes and a willingness to analyze, challenge and change processes, if needed, to create a more efficient environment and culture

Organizational and time management skills

Self starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize work day/projects independently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good understand of the manufacturing process

Good computer knowledge

Basic math skills

Attention to detail EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIRED:

Valid driver's license
