Job Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide essential support in a long-term care facility, delivering direct patient care under supervision. This role involves regular interaction with patients, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring their condition, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care in a rotating shift environment.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on patient care and hygiene assistance
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Assist with patient mobility and positioning
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Prepare and maintain medical equipment
Follow infection control protocols strictly

Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in nursing assistance
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
