TALLYMAN - RPU MEGALUH

Job Summary:**

The Tallyman - RPU Megaluh at PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is responsible for accurately recording and verifying the quantities of incoming and outgoing goods, particularly livestock, within the RPU (Receiving and Processing Unit) Megaluh facility. This role ensures precise inventory management and adherence to operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Accurately count and record the quantity of live animals received at the RPU Megaluh.

* Verify incoming livestock against delivery notes and purchase orders, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.

* Monitor and record the quantity of processed goods and by-products being dispatched from the facility.

* Prepare and maintain detailed tally sheets, daily reports, and other relevant documentation.

* Ensure all recording equipment and tools are in good working order.

* Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal staff regarding cargo movements and counts.

* Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

* Assist in physical inventory counts as required.

* Report any damaged or substandard goods immediately to the supervisor.

Job Qualifications:**

* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Proven experience in a tallyman, inventory control, or similar role, preferably within a logistics, agricultural, or manufacturing environment.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in counting and record-keeping.

* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in varying environmental conditions typical of an RPU.

* Familiarity with basic inventory software or data entry is a plus.

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
