Job Summary

Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests while coordinating service engineers and internal teams to

ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests.

• Manage ticketing tools, ticketing systems and CRM.

• Allocate and coordinate Service Engineers based on customer requirements.

• Maintain MIS reports and records using MS Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely service resolution.

• Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
