Job Description

The Assistant Varsity Girls’ Basketball coach is responsible for helping with the planning, organizing, and managing of the sport’s middle and upper school program.

The Assistant Varsity Girls’ Basketball coach supports the experience of Flint Hill students and faculty and embraces the mission, vision, and core values of the school, the Flint Hill Statement of Institutional Equity and Inclusion and the Pathway of a Student.

This position reports to the Head Coach and the Director of Athletics; preference will be given to candidates that can coach multiple sports or fulfill other full-time faculty/staff roles at Flint Hill. This position has a competitive pay rate of $3,500 per season.
