Now Hiring: Machine Operators

2nd & 3rd Shift No Rotating Shifts

Straight 8-Hour Shifts * Paid Training * Shift Differential for Off-Shift Hours

$18-$20 per hour

*additional shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Available Schedules

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12am

3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 12am-8am

No rotating shifts, keep a consistent schedule

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll work with modern production equipment that manufactures weatherstripping used around the world. No experiene? No problem- we'll train you.

Operate and monitor production machines

Load materials and remove finished products

Make simple machine adjustments as needed

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Record basic production data

Assist techhnicians during machine changeovers

What We're Looking For

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic reading, math, and writing skills

Manufacturing expereince is helpful, but not required

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking and bending throughout the shift

Ability to life up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a louder production environment
