Maintain organized records and complete appropriate follow-up

Build positive, long-term relationships with members

Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings

Maintain a professional and dependable remote work environment

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with new people

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Organized with good time-management skills

Comfortable using computers, video conferencing, and online systems

Willingness to learn and receive coaching

Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or client-facing experience is an asset but not required
