What You'll Do

Connect with individuals who have requested additional information

Conduct scheduled virtual appointments by phone or video

Identify individual and family needs through conversation

Present available options and explain how they work

Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance

Assist with applications and enrollment

Follow up with individuals when additional assistance is needed

Maintain accurate and organized client information

Participate in virtual training and professional development

Work toward individual and team performance goals
