Your Role:

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect

Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Assist residents with daily care needs while promoting comfort and safety

Make routine rounds and respond promptly to resident requests

Support a positive and patient-focused care environment

Collaborate with nursing staff and leadership to ensure quality care

Maintain accurate communication and dependable attendance

Who We're Looking For:

Current Illinois CNA certification

Graduate of an accredited CNA program or currently enrolled

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Passionate about providing personalized care

Motivated to grow professionally in a supportive healthcare environment
