About the Role:
As a CNA at Axiom Gardens of Nashville, your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and wound care
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team

Requirements:
Current CNA certification or licensure
