Sales Manager – HVACR Industry

Salary $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + Benefits + REMOTE from the SE US

We are seeking an experienced OEM Sales Manager to drive growth and develop strategic relationships within the OEM and key focus markets. This is a high-impact opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who understands the HVACR industry and knows how to build long-term customer partnerships. A bachelor's degree in engineering is a big plus!

As the Sales Manager, you’ll focus on:

• Develop and execute OEM sales strategies using 80/20 principles

• Manage and grow relationships with key OEM and focus-market accounts

• Identify new business opportunities and develop direct customer relationships

• Lead sales forecasting, pricing, negotiations, and commercial agreements

• Partner with Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and Application Engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs

• Support new product development and identify opportunities for growth

• Provide product, sales, and technical training to customers and internal teams

• Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events.

Minimal requirements for this Sales Manager position:

• Strong leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills

• Experience with OEM sales and/or the HVACR industry

• Working knowledge of 80/20 principles and CRM systems

• Strong contract negotiation and pricing experience

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and mentoring skills

• Technical problem-solving ability with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout North America.
