We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end environments.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong JavaScript, CSS, and React experience who enjoys building user-friendly, scalable, and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and features.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript, and CSS.

Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.

Collaborate with developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and usability.

Contribute to technical design and development decisions.

Stay current with modern web development technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience with JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with React.

Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Experience developing responsive web applications.

Understanding of REST APIs and web services.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Experience working in an Agile or collaborative development environment.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
