Paint Polisher - Prepper

Body Builders Automotive is actively seeking an experienced Refinish Prepper/Polisher to join our skilled team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition by delivering a flawless final finish — ensuring every vehicle that leaves our shop meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in reviewing repair blueprints/estimates to understand the scope of work performed on a vehicle

Skilled in sanding, prepping, and polishing vehicles after the paint process

Ability to perform prep and finish work in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements

Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry advancements

Collaborative team player

I-CAR certification and paint manufacturer certifications preferred

Valid state driver's license for operating customer or company vehicles

2-3 years of relevant experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a collision center setting

Ability to follow direction and work within established procedures

Strong quality focus with a commitment to safe, accurate repairs

Drive for continuous learning and professional development

Full-time
