Key Responsibilities
• Monitor manufacturing process inputs, operating variables, and production outputs to evaluate process performance and product quality.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify relationships between process variables and product characteristics.
• Analyze production data using statistical and quantitative methods to evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and adjust machine and process parameters based on production data and manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor product specifications and process performance and investigate deviations from established requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process and quality issues and implement corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor production yield, operational efficiency, and material usage and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and reduce costs.
• Analyze production capacity, productivity, and equipment utilization to support production planning and operational decisions.
• Support production scheduling and coordinate with Operations regarding production requirements and manufacturing capacity.
• Conduct production trials and process evaluations for new products and raw materials.
• Support qualification and implementation of alternative raw materials and suppliers, including production testing and evaluation of material performance.
• Support new product introduction and implementation of manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate process conditions and operating parameters to identify appropriate manufacturing conditions for new products and materials.
• Collect and analyze production data to establish appropriate process and product tolerance ranges.
• Support manufacturing improvement projects involving equipment, utilities, raw materials, production methods, and process conditions.
• Maintain production-related information and records in the Company's SAP system, including production planning, production reporting, and month-end production activities.
• Monitor physical inventory and SAP inventory records and support inventory reconciliation activities.
• Prepare technical and analytical reports regarding process performance, production efficiency, capacity, and cost improvement activities.
• Coordinate with other company locations and internal stakeholders regarding manufacturing processes, technical information, and product implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Professional experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, data analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production data analysis, process improvement, or statistical analysis.
• Ability to analyze production and quality data using quantitative or statistical methods.
• Ability to evaluate process variables and production results and identify potential causes of process or quality issues.
