Approximately 60% of our current client base would benefit from medication management, creating immediate and consistent demand for a prescriber.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where your caseload can grow quickly through internal referrals, while being fully supported by our administrative team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (ARNP / PMHNP) to provide:
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations (diagnostics)
Ongoing medication management
Collaboration with therapists to support shared clients
This role is open to full-time or part-time candidates, with a preference for full-time as demand supports it.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations (60–90 minutes)
Provide medication management follow-ups (20–30 minutes)
Collaborate with therapists on treatment planning
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR
Provide psychoeducation to clients regarding medications

Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor
60/40 split (provider receives 60%)

Qualifications
Licensed ARNP / PMHNP in [State]
DEA license (or eligibility)
Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage an independent caseload
