Groth Pain & Spine is a rapidly growing, multidisciplinary pain management practice seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside board-certified Pain Management Physicians and a collaborative team of NPs, PAs, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers — all under one roof, all focused on delivering exceptional, whole-patient care.

What You'll Do
As a Nurse Practitioner at Groth Pain & Spine, you'll manage a diverse caseload of patients experiencing acute, chronic, and post-surgical pain. Your day-to-day will include:
Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, and chronic pain conditions
Performing comprehensive physical examinations and developing individualized treatment plans
Administering procedures such as trigger point injections, Botox, and joint injections
Prescribing medications and coordinating multimodal treatment approaches, including physical and occupational therapy, home exercise programs, and minimally invasive interventions
Facilitating referrals and coordinating care with collaborating physicians and specialists
Building lasting, trust-based relationships with patients throughout their care journey
What We're Looking For
Current NP or PA licensure in New York State
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ANP) by an accredited certifying body (ANCC or AANP).
A compassionate, patient-first mindset paired with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
Confidence to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Natural leadership qualities and sound clinical judgment
Experience in pain management or orthopedics is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right candidate
