Project Executive – Commercial Construction

Location: Sussex County, DE

A well-established commercial GC with more than 100 years in business is seeking an experienced Project Executive to support significant growth throughout Delaware.

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare and/or senior living construction experience and a background leading multiple projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight across multiple commercial projects

Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams

Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall project performance

Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners

Partner with preconstruction and operations from early planning through closeout

Support business development and repeat-client relationships

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial construction experience

GC/CM background required

Healthcare and/or senior living experience strongly preferred

Experience leading large, complex projects and multiple project teams

Strong client-facing and leadership skills
