About the Role:

MR R & J LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Drain Cleaner to join our team in Waynesboro, MS! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in keeping homes and businesses running smoothly by tackling tough drain and plumbing challenges every day.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and clear clogged or slow-running drains in residential and commercial settings

Operate drain cleaning equipment including snakes, hydro-jetters, and augers

Identify root intrusions, blockages, and pipe damage causing drainage issues

Perform routine drain maintenance and preventative cleaning services

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers

Maintain and clean all tools, equipment, and service vehicles

Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices on every job

Requirements:

Prior experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related trade preferred

Familiarity with drain cleaning tools and equipment such as hydro-jets and cable machines

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent customer service and communication skills
