Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families

Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to licensed nurses

Maintain patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

1 year of experience in a healthcare setting OR clinical training preferred

Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

BLS/CPR

What We Offer

$16.84 -18.52/hr or more based on experience. Shift differential applies.
