As a Remote Client Care Coordinator, you will connect virtually with individuals who have requested information through their unions or associations. You will guide clients through their available benefits, explain their options clearly, answer questions, and ensure they receive attentive, personalized service.

This fully remote opportunity allows you to build meaningful client relationships while working from home and supporting members across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Meet virtually with clients who have requested benefit information

Explain available benefit options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner

Answer questions and provide personalized client support

Help clients identify the options for which they qualify

Maintain accurate and organized client records

Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience

Participate in ongoing training and professional development
