We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Remote Customer Service Specialist to support union members who have requested information about their available benefits. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, answer questions, address concerns, and provide clear, accurate information during every interaction.
The ideal candidate communicates confidently, stays organized, and is committed to delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Present benefit options to union members who have requested information
Answer questions and help resolve client concerns
Maintain a thorough understanding of available products and services
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Perform quality-control checks to ensure excellent service
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Use basic computer and video-conferencing tools to manage daily responsibilities
