Work Setting: In-person (All in office/field)
Hazen and Sawyer is seeking entry-level engineers for our Columbus, Ohio office. As part of our team you will work on drinking water/wastewater/reuse treatment facility upgrade and design, conveyance system analysis, stormwater management, water resources studies, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing engineering deliverables, including sampling studies, condition assessments, process modeling, hydraulics, and design reports
Work directly with senior level engineering team providing mentoring opportunities to learn and develop
Manage data for modeling and design
Attend client and internal project management meetings
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to select equipment
Support multiple projects from planning through construction
Participate in fieldwork and site visits
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental, civil, chemical, or agricultural engineering
Strong interest in the water/wastewater industry
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
0-2 years of relevant experience within the water/wastewater industry
Preferred Qualifications:
EIT certification
Conducts self-quality reviews before submitting work for additional QA/QC
