Experienced Carpenter – Residential & Commercial Construction

A growing residential and commercial construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in remodeling and new construction projects, with a strong understanding of all phases of construction from framing to finish work. Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential and commercial remodeling and new construction.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Experience with project estimating and material takeoffs.

Proven proficiency in:

Framing and finish carpentry

Tile installation

Drywall installation and repair

Roofing and gutters

Concrete work

Painting

Mill work and cabinetry

Flooring installation

Siding

Grading and site preparation

Interior and exterior trim work

Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is highly preferred.

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Must provide and maintain personal hand and power tools required for the job.

Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Professional references required.

Required Experience:

Residential and commercial remodeling: 10+ years
