Process Maintenance - Engineering

We have an exciting opportunity for Process/Plant Maintenance Engineer at our OSD manufacturing Site at Goa

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance:

Operate, inspect, and maintain OSD machinery such as granulation, coating, compression, blister packing, and bulk packing units.

Execute preventive maintenance schedules as per planner.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Shift Operations:

Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.

Support predictive and preventive maintenance during shifts.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate with production and quality teams for maintenance planning.

Continuous Improvement:

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
