Instrumentation Coordinator - Sterile Processing

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Assignment Details

This position involves travel to multiple enterprise sites within a healthcare facility.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Trauma Level II experience required

Travel experience required

Required certifications: CBSPD or CRCST

Proficient in sterilization processes, including STERRAD and steam

Experience with high-level disinfection and endoscope reprocessing (e.g., Medivator, Scope Buddy)

Experience with tracking systems such as Censitrac preferred

Charting experience with Epic is preferred Responsibilities

Decontamination, assembly, and packaging of instruments and trays

Management of sterilization processes

High-level disinfection and endoscope reprocessing

Collaboration with OR teams and sterile storage duties

Standardization and procurement of instrumentation across the enterprise

Compliance / Notes

Candidates must provide two professional references, including at least one from a manager or director. Compliance requirements include fingerprinting upon booking. Parking details will be provided.
