Responsibilities

- Lead the technical delivery of complex, full stack solutions from planning to deployment

- Analyze, design, and develop scalable applications based on user specifications

- Guide and support team members in solving challenging software and system issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices and technical standards

- Provide consultative support and technical guidance to both internal teams and stakeholders

- Stay current on industry trends and implement relevant technologies

- Assist in identifying training needs and mentor less experienced staff

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of strong Java development experience

- 3+ years hands-on experience with Angular

- 2+ years with React

- 5+ years working with SQL and relational databases

- 2+ years with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any major cloud service provider

- Solid experience building and integrating RESTful APIs

- Proven success leading technical teams and delivering enterprise solutions

Preferred Skills

- Experience with multiple cloud platforms or advanced GCP features

- Familiarity with both Angular and React in production environments

- Prior experience training or mentoring developers
