FIELD SERVICE - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Location: Mount Holly, NJ (Burlington County) (Onsite)

3-7+ Years of Related Public Sector Experience

Position Overview:

An experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in utilizing construction management software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process

- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

- Read and interpret construction documents to ensure accurate project execution

- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project coordination

- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

- Proficient in construction documents reading and interpretation

- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines

- Experience with construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar tools

- Knowledge of project coordination and scheduling

- Previous experience in construction site management is preferred

- Higher Certification and/or Certifications in Underground Utilities, Water/Wastewater Plants, or Building Construction is a plus
