We are seeking an experienced **Trust & Estates attorney** for a lateral partner opportunity in our Concord office.

**Key Details:**

* Likely **non-equity partner**, depending on portable book of business

* Minimum **$300K+ portable book of business** preferred

* Established **Trust & Estates and Probate** practice

* Handle estate planning, probate/administration, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related matters

* Opportunity to serve your existing clients while supporting a **high-net-worth client base** of the firm

* Estimated base salary: **$135K–$170K**, depending on experience and book

* Expected billable hours: **1,600 first year / 1,700 thereafter**

* Potential **7.5%–10% bonuses** on origination and receipt dollars, subject to negotiation
