About the Role:

Avir at Beeville is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, promoting comfort, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

Provide vital signs, reports changes in condition, and communicates with healthcare team

Assist with feeding, ambulating, and transferring patients as needed

Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and universal precautions

Participate in routine care, including vital sign checks, lab, and medication administration

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Document patient information and progress accurately and timely

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
